Project Scope:

Currently under construction, this project entails the full renovation of a derelict hotel on one of the last remaining locations on the island, including interior and exterior design and consultation on landscaping. Our design spans over 250 rooms and 4 restaurants, a spa, receptions and swimming pools. All areas required considered spatial planning to accommodate the large scale guest experience. We used internal planting and room dividers made from slatted timbers to create zoning within large communal areas, a technique which we also used to create a flow of space and subdivision of the bedrooms to differentiate from entrance and storage, to the ensuite and vanity areas and the bedroom and living area.
